Triumph Speed 400 has opened doors to many motorbike enthusiasts to step into Triumphs World. Thanks to Bajaj for the partnership with Triumph for launching the most affordable Triumph with all bells and whistles. Lets get into what's been updated for Speed 400.
Going on, The updated version will be available in the market and the older versions will be out from showrooms soon. The prices has increased by 5000 and making it 2.40 lakhs ex-showroom. Triumph has launched the updated Speed 400 with four different colors.
Triumphs Speed 400 comes with 4 valve liquid cooled DOHC single cylinder with 398.15 cc which produces 40 ps of horse powers and 37.5 Nm torque offered in 6 speed Gearbox.
When it comes to changes the Tyres are now thicker Vredestein Tyres owned by Apollo. 110 at the front tyre and 150 at the rear. The bike gets adjustable leavers both for the brake and clutch operations with same 43 mm upside down forks offered for the suspension setup at the front with no changes.
The seat of the Triumph speed 400 has gone by 10mm by providing a thicker seat now increasing the riding height as well. with all these changes the bike weight has gone up marginally by 3 kgs making it 179 kgs.
Visually the silencer has changed from the steel look to a coated black treatment right from the engine outlet and the Color schemes and graphics has been changed.
