With the launch of the 2025 Yamaha R3, the company has embraced a modern design language that aligns with its YZF-R and YZR-M models.

The 2025 Yamaha R3 is now available across the USA with a price tag of 5,499 US dollars which reflects amount of 4.6 lakh nearly. The bike is offered in three color schemes which is Yamaha blue, stealth black , lunar white/nebula blue. The Yamaha R3 is definitely a setup up from its predecessor design language, which will surely gain favour for its looks. The R3 grabs the looks from the iconic YZR-M1 Racing bike.
The Yamaha R3 Now comes with single projector headlight paired with a quad-element LED daytime running light setup. The raised tail section has LED brake lights and turn indicators. In terms of looks Yamaha blue and matter stealth black color options feature slightly lower graphics when compared to nebula blue variants, as they get larger R3 brandings with Yamaha logo.

The 2025 Yamaha R3 showcases a fresh design inspired by Yamaha’s latest R-Series aesthetics. The standout feature is its aggressive new front fairing, complemented by sleeker side panels and a sharper tail section.
Among the color options, Team Yamaha Blue is unique in offering blue alloy wheels and striking gold USD fork finishes, while the other two options come with black components. Additionally, the 2025 R3 introduces a new LCD instrument cluster with blue backlighting, providing riders with essential telemetry and Bluetooth connectivity through the Y-Connect app—though navigation is notably absent. A USB-A charging port has been added, which could have benefited from a USB-C upgrade. The motorcycle promises a 50:50 weight distribution for improved agility and features a committed riding position to enhance handling performance.
In terms of performance, Yamaha has integrated a modern fuel injection system alongside a compact muffler design for better mass centralization. The high-revving 321cc DOHC 4V liquid-cooled inline twin-cylinder engine delivers approximately 41 bhp and 30 Nm of torque, paired with a 6-speed gearbox and a slip and assist clutch for the first time.
Other key features include sporty clip-on handlebars, USD telescopic front forks with 129.5 mm travel, a preload-adjustable rear monoshock with 124.5 mm travel, a 298mm front single floating disc, a 220mm rear disc, dual-channel ABS, and Dunlop Sportmax tyres sized 110/70-17 at the front and 140/70-17 at the rear. While there’s excitement surrounding the R3, an official launch date for India has yet to be confirmed.
