In the rapidly evolving landscape of electric mobility, Simple Energy has made a significant mark with the launch of its latest electric scooter, the Simple OneS. Priced at ₹1,39,999 (ex-showroom), the OneS positions itself as a high-performance, feature-rich option for urban commuters seeking efficiency and style.

Performance and Powertrain

At the heart of the Simple One S lies an 8.5kW Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM), delivering robust performance tailored for city riding. This motor, paired with a 3.7 kWh fixed battery, enables the scooter to accelerate from 0 to 40 km/h in just 2.55 seconds when in Sonic mode, underscoring its swift and responsive nature.

One of the standout features of the OneS is its impressive Indian Driving Cycle (IDC) certified range of 181 km on a single charge. This substantial range ensures that riders can confidently navigate their daily commutes and more without frequent recharging, addressing a common concern among electric vehicle users.

The Simple OneS maintains a sporty and modern aesthetic, appealing to a broad spectrum of riders. Practicality is enhanced by a 35-liter under-seat storage compartment, providing ample space for personal belongings. The scooter's 770 mm seat height ensures accessibility for riders of varying heights, promoting comfort and control. Additionally, the OneS is available in four vibrant colors: Brazen Black, Grace White, Azure Blue, and Namma Red, allowing riders to choose a hue that best reflects their personality.

Embracing modern technological advancements, the OneS is equipped with a 7-inch touchscreen dashboard that supports 5G e-SIM, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth connectivity. Currently, the OneS is available at 15 dealerships located in Bangalore, Goa, Pune, Vijayawada, Hyderabad, Vizag, and Kochi.
